Every so often, Loes hops into her van, child in the passenger seat, radio on, and heads north. In Denmark, she scours old barns and warehouses for the most beautiful treasures to bring back to The Hague. Once home, each piece is restored, sanded, lacquered, and prepared for sale. This is what truly energizes her: making things more beautiful and giving them a second life.

Sustainability is a key value for Loes, but she’s also a true feminist at heart. She firmly believes that women can accomplish anything they set their minds to. That’s why she does it all herself—driving, hauling, sanding, and crafting. Her energy and enthusiasm are downright contagious, trust us!
