There’s one shopfront on Weimarstraat where you can’t help but stop and admire all the beautiful items on display, and that’s at number 19: Sprinkelhop. It’s The Hague’s vintage design paradise.

If you think we’re good at treasure hunting, you haven’t met Joke yet. In her shop, Sprinkelhop, you’ll find the most beautiful interior items in The Hague.

Step inside and you’ll feel like you’ve entered a fairytale world filled with dazzling lamps, gleaming mirrors, and shiny brass. In this local hotspot, you’ll truly experience the grown-up version of ‘feeling like a kid in a candy store.’ And during the holidays, it’s even more charming. Studio Limonada

Here, you’ll find unique handmade lamps in the brightest colors and luxurious fabrics. Step into Studio Limonada to give both your home and your mood a boost.

The founder of this fantastic shop and atelier is the creative and entrepreneurial Ysabel. This Hague native does what makes her happy every day, and that energy shines through both her and Studio Limonada.

What started as a single lamp made each day in her grandmother’s attic has grown into a shop and atelier in a corner building on Weimarstraat, where orders from all over the world are received. Even on the dreariest day – and we speak from experience – you’ll leave this shop with a big smile and a sunny, summery feeling.

Kali Tengah

A shop full of coffee and tea – that’s Kali Tengah on Weimarstraat. As soon as you cross the threshold, you can feel the passion of owner Marnix for beautiful products. In his lovely shop, he sells more than 90 varieties of tea, special coffees, and fine chocolates. Of course, you can take your favorite types home, but you can also sit down and enjoy a lovingly brewed Haags bakkie pleur (a local coffee)!

Rechtstreex

At Rechtstreex on Weimarstraat, you’ll find fresh produce from farmers in our very own Hague region! They work hard to make a short food supply chain accessible to everyone, offering fair prices and access to (seasonal) food produced with care by local farmers and makers.

From vegetables and fruit to butter, cheese, and eggs – they have it all. They also offer local chocolate, beers, and other treats. A great place to pick up a souvenir or a gift for those back home!

Stokstaart

In this charming 19th-century building, you’ll find toys, books, and clothing for babies and kids from 0 to 12 years old. But Stokstaart is also a treasure trove for adults. Here, you’ll discover fun bags by Susan Bijl, beautifully colored tea towels and towels by Foekje Fleur, dinner candles in stylish colors, fragrant soaps, hair clips, Labro necklaces, cheerful trays, postcards, stools, and really good (fountain) pens. The chances are slim that you’ll leave here empty-handed!
