Haagse Schatten processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Mollie – Payments
Due to, among other things, our obligations under legislation, but also the proper exercise of the agreement, invoices are sent and payments are made. Online, this is done with Mollie. Mollie is a Dutch company and therefore falls under the GDPR rules.
Zoho – Mail system
We use Zoho as a party to send you an email so that we can contact you. Zoho is a Dutch company and therefore falls under the GDPR rules.
WordPress/TransIP – Website
We host our website at TransIP, an internet platform that ensures hosting for the content of the website. Actions of the visitor carried out via the website are visible here. This includes filling in a contact form, for example. TransIP is a Dutch company and therefore falls under the GDPR rules.
We also use WordPress, which stores your personal data, IP address, and username with comments. The security of this data is ensured by the privacy shield. This is an agreement between America and Europe that sets out rules for the exchange and security of personal data.
Microsoft OneDrive
For the security of your personal data and the continuity of the business process, which is also a legitimate business interest, data is stored in the cloud, this is done at Microsoft OneDrive.
This party is located outside the European Union. Microsoft undertakes to comply with the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

How long we keep personal data
Haagse Schatten does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. By law, we must keep data for the tax authorities for 7 years. These are all data that apply to the administration, such as invoicing and the cooperation agreement.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
Haagse Schatten does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. View, modify, or delete data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@haagseschatten.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy.
