SevenHouse
What started as a pop-up during Ramadan has grown into a neighborhood staple. According to owner Nesrine, there wasn’t a single fun coffee spot to be found in Moerwijk, or really in all of The Hague South. That had to change. So what did Nesrine do? She decided to create that place herself.
A feast for the eyes
At SevenHouse, everything is hip and happening. From all kinds of coffee – iced, spiced, you name it, to flavored matcha drinks like mango or strawberry, homemade iced teas and lemonades. And that’s not even mentioning the sweet treats gleaming at you from the display case. Think: croffles (a croissant-waffle hybrid), cruffins (yep, croissant meets muffin), matcha cakes, crumble cookies, and milk cakes that beg to be photographed before you take a bite. A party for your taste buds—and your socials 😉
Coffee and community
There’s nothing quite like SevenHouse in the neighborhood. A trendy coffee spot where everyone feels welcome, where the many cultures of Moerwijk blend together, and where a strong sense of community can grow naturally and effortlessly.
And the concept is clearly working. In its very first summer, SevenHouse became an instant hit. It’s a cozy mix of moms with kids, people working behind laptops, and locals grabbing a quick coffee to go. A true asset to the neighborhood and to the community of local entrepreneurs we proudly call our The Hague treasures.
Now you know where to find us. Perfect really, since from Heeswijkplein it’s just a short stroll (or roll) back to the office.
SevenHouse is open daily from noon until late (usually until 11 PM and sometimes even midnight). Because that’s exactly what the neighborhood needed: a warm, welcoming place where you can still drop by for a coffee and a good conversation in the evening.
