Children’s bookstore In de Wolken has more than five thousand titles in stock: toddler books, picture books, read-aloud collections, and books for beginner readers, children, and adults. There’s even a shelf for cookbooks.

The team at In de Wolken does everything to ensure everyone enjoys reading. That’s why they’ve been working for over 25 years with primary schools, daycare centers, playgroups, libraries, and museums in the Hague region. They help keep the book selection as current and fresh as possible and engage as many people as possible throughout the school year in events about children’s books, beautiful stories, and reading. Around the Children’s Book Week in September and the National Read-Aloud Days in January, teachers can get inspired during an Inspiration Night at In de Wolken. But the doors are also open during special days in Voorburg/The Hague, such as the Vliet Days, A Walk Downtown, and National Monument Day!
