SevenHouse was an instant hit in its very first summer, and before the second summer had even properly begun, a second location had already opened on Leyweg.

The makeup of Zuidwest has changed considerably in recent years. New residents, young families, students and dual income households are all looking for a welcoming place to grab a drink and spend time together. And SevenHouse is exactly that place. “There was already a lot being done for the people in the neighborhood who are struggling the most. That’s incredibly important, but people with two incomes or a little more to spend also want a nice place to go,” says Nesrine, the driving force behind SevenHouse.

Both SevenHouse locations are open every day from 12 noon until late, usually until 11 p.m. and sometimes even until midnight. There was clearly a need for this in the neighborhood: a welcoming, accessible place where you can still drop by in the evening for a coffee and a good conversation.
