How do I redeem my Haagse Schatten gift card?
By taking your gift card to one of our The Hague treasures and using it as a payment method for your purchase. If you want to redeem the card at an entrepreneur without a physical sales point, please send them an email to arrange the redemption of the card.
At which Haagse Schatten can I redeem my gift card?
You can redeem the Haagse Schatten gift card at all entrepreneurs listed on our website.
Do I have to spend the entire amount on the gift card at once?
Yes, the card must be spent in one go. Consider whether you can or want to spend the entire amount of the card at your chosen treasure, or invite someone to join you.
How long is my gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for two years. The expiration date is stated on the back of the gift card.
Can I also use my gift card in online shops?
Yes, definitely! Some of our The Hague treasures have an online shop. If you want to use the card for a product from an online shop or for an activity that requires online reservation, please contact the relevant treasure. They will need the unique code on the back of the card to redeem it.
If the amount on the gift card is lower than the product or service, do I need to pay the difference?
That’s correct. The amount stated on the gift card will be deducted from your total purchase amount, and you will need to pay the remaining balance yourself.
Can I redeem the gift card at multiple The Hague treasures?
The amount on the gift card must be spent in one go, which unfortunately means it’s not possible to redeem the card at multiple The Hague treasures.
Can I redeem multiple gift cards at once?
No, we have agreed with our The Hague treasures that you may redeem 1 gift card per person. Coming back multiple times to the same treasure is always welcome 🙂
What is the delivery time for the order?
We do our utmost to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day. If you urgently need a gift card, feel free to call or message us, and we will work together to find a suitable fast solution. You can, for example, collect the gift card from our office at The New Farm on weekdays.
Where can I purchase the Haagse Schatten gift card?
You can order the gift card on our website and choose between delivery or pickup. If you choose pickup, you can collect the card from our office at The New Farm. We’ll always coordinate a suitable time for this. Alternatively, you can visit one of our physical sales points: Brute Bonen, La Paulowna Boutique Hotel, Couqou, De Zelfspot, and De Iris.
