Treasure behind the treasure: K’dans

Who are these wonderful local entrepreneurs? Get to know the treasures behind our treasures. This time, Jolanda from K'dans.

Friday 10 January 2025

In this monthly column, we highlight one of our entrepreneurs each time. Now that the new year has begun—a perfect moment for good intentions, healthier living, and maybe even a new hobby—we thought it would be a great idea to introduce you to Jolanda from Haagse treasure K’dans and ask her about her own plans for 2025.

Jolanda – K’dans

K’dans is a boutique studio offering a variety of group classes and a true haven to reconnect with your body. With a team of inspiring instructors who personally support you on this journey. Here, it’s all about movement and feeling good in your own skin. The groups are small, allowing the instructor to give you personalized attention and focus on what works best for your body. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere inviting, and the clients tend to stick around. If that doesn’t speak volumes…

How would you describe K’dans yourself?

You know what? Why not join us in the new year for three trial classes? That way, you can experience it for yourself. You can try all sorts of things: Pilates Reformer, Antigravity, or Yoga, for example.

Which fellow The Hague treasure do you often visit? And is there one high on your list to check out?

Our team often heads to our “neighbors” at Bistro Jules for meetings and a delicious bite to eat. We also admire the ambitions and products of the treasures at Rechtstreex. After speaking with Jaimy at the Haagse Schatten gathering, I’d love to have lunch at Sam Sam sometime. Sounds like a great goal for 2025, doesn’t it?

Do you have exciting plans for K’dans in 2025?

K’dans is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year! Time has flown by… Our theme for the new year is “play space”, and we’re integrating it into our classes and workshops. We hope to continue inspiring people to move in a playful and joyful way!
