This lovely vegan lunchroom was taken over in 2026 by Iris (who you might remember from her previous treasure, Zwart Zaad.) And as is often the case, a new owner brings new plans. FOAM is therefore being gradually refreshed and given a fresh new look.
Think a new coat of paint, more products from local suppliers, and a menu that moves with the seasons.
