At Proef., it’s all about good food and knowing where it comes from. Carefully selected products from local makers who, just like Proef., care about sustainability and their surroundings.
Think seasonal organic fruit and vegetables, dairy, eggs and meat straight from the farm, alongside plenty of other delicious local products.
Take the pasta from The Hague-based Pastagilde, for example. Made right here in The Hague using regeneratively grown grain, without artificial fertilisers or pesticides. And there’s an extra good reason to tuck in: for every bag of pasta you buy, another one is donated to the food bank.

At the back of Proef., the owners are creating a space for people to come together. A place for workshops, tastings, meet-ups with local makers and everything that revolves around delicious, sustainable food.
