A boat trip with this The Hague treasure is a unique opportunity to discover the city from the water. Bring along some goodies and settle into the completely self-built boat, Daisy, by skipper Jan. During the journey, his wife Leonie will tell you about the highlights, charming buildings, and fascinating stories of The Hague.
Sail away
Boat Daisy, along with skipper Jan, can be privately hired for a bachelorette party, family day out, or any other enjoyable gathering. Bring along picnic baskets and cooler bags, and suddenly you have the ultimate outing! They also offer complete drinks boats, so you don’t have to lug around your picnic basket if you prefer not to!
Exciting events
The Hague Boat regularly organizes fun events. Of course, we’re big fans of the Beer & Boat tour they host in collaboration with another one of our treasures, Eiber Beer. But the breakfast boat in partnership with Buitenontbijtjes and the cocktail cruise are also highly recommended. Keep an eye on the website for the ‘special events’ to ensure you don’t miss the boat 😉

Yes! Deze nieuwe schat komt precies op tijd om te starten met jouw nieuwe winterhobby! We stellen je graag voor aan @crossandwoods, een kleurrijk walhalla voor creatievelingen. 🧶🪡
Op het ietwat grijze Westeinde in Den Haag brengen Eloïse en Pauline, oprichters van Cross & Woods, een beetje kleur en warmte. Deze twee creatieve dames, met een enorme passie voor handwerk in allerlei vormen—breien, borduren, naaien en weven—bundelden hun krachten om een winkel te starten die creatievelingen samenbrengt.
In de winkel vind je een uitgebreid assortiment hoogwaardige materialen: wol, garen, patronen, stoffen en naalden. Perfect voor elk handwerkproject. Of je nu net begint of een doorgewinterde maker bent, Cross & Woods heeft alles om je volgende creatie te laten slagen!
En, Cross & Woods is meer dan een winkel: je kunt er ook terecht voor knutselavonden (craft nights) en tal van workshops. Elke eerste vrijdag van de maand vanaf 17 uur ben je welkom met je eigen knutselproject. Breng je project mee en ontmoet gelijkgestemden terwijl je samen je hobby (uit) oefent!
