Plant-based? Vegan? Call it what you want, either way it’s seriously healthy. And delicious too. Especially when everything you order is as fresh as it gets and prepared with care. In this blog, we introduce our newest addition FOAM, where the menu is packed with so many good dishes that choosing becomes a real challenge.
In a beautiful part of The Hague, we recently (re)discovered a true Haagse treasure: FOAM! This lovely spot, with a terrace at the front and a cosy green garden at the back, is located on the Frederikstraat. It’s one of those streets you usually cycle through a little too quickly on your way to the city centre, but that’s honestly a shame. Stopping by FOAM for a good breakfast or a delicious lunch is absolutely worth it.
Healthy food hotspot
What makes FOAM special? All dishes are completely plant-based. A “healthy food hotspot,” as it says on their website. And of course we had to experience that for ourselves. The extensive menu is filled with delicious, colourful dishes. Inviting and surprising combinations that spark curiosity and make you want to try everything. Choosing is definitely not easy.
A simple cup of coffee is of course also possible, with an optional splash of plant-based milk. Even the vegan pastries in the display case are simply begging to be eaten.
